The Conference is held at Lille Maritim and Scandic Maritim Hotel.

Conference fee: NOK 4 800,- excl. VAT

The conference fee includes:

  • Attendance to the conference
  • Conference material with final program
  • Coffee breaks, lunches, dinner and a day pass for the jazz festival

If you need hotelduring the conference it can be ordered directly through Scandic Maritim Hotel where the conference is held.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration is bindingCancellations within 24 hours before conference is free of chargeAll changes regarding your hotel reservation must be made directly with the hotel and their terms are valid. You can contact them at post@hotelmaritim.no  or (+47) 52 86 30 00.
